Italian food is world renowned. In sharing this great culture, we organize food tours across Italy with special emphasis on regions such as Piedmont, Tuscany, Veneto, Umbria , Emilia Romagna, Rome/Latium, Campania and Liguria.
The programs for such tours are usually worked out according to time available, the interests and budget of each group.

The tours are available all year round but the menus could change depending on the products available during the different seasons.
ITINERARIES AND GENERAL INFORMATION
Meals are served in chosen localities particularly areas with historical and cultural significance as in the best restaurants, convents, monasteries, castles, old mills, characteristic mountain farm houses called "Masos", etc.
Our clients will be able to visit places like food-mills, oil-presses, pasta factories, dairy farms, cheese factories, wine cellars, bakeries, characteristic fish, fruit and vegetable markets, etc. In these visits, we explain how to choose the best quality fish and how to combine the right wines to different types of food. We will also show our clients how to prepare the various kinds of pasta.
The tour will be accompanied by highly qualified gastronomic guides. We shall also supply all the useful material: information cards, brief historical details, monographs on food, etc. We also organize technical visits, meetings with experts, specific food and wine tasting expeditions, cookery lessons, mini-conventions, meetings and discussions. Besides, we prepare cultural meetings with historical reference to traditions and culinary habits of the various regions of Italy with the collaboration of gastronomic associations.
The Gastronomy tours can be combined with other tours as Wine tours and Olive oil tours.
We organize a day course in Italian cuisines in the area of enogastronomic tours or any activities in teambuilding as a part of the Incentive trip programs. We also offer different as well as personal courses of varying durations which can be focused on a regional cuisine or on the different thematic courses. These courses are available all year round in all the regions of Italy
